Hirsch Summary
Request by Moses Luzatto [Name doubtful, as it is mentioned only in a wordplay]: A ritual slaughterer had slaughtered an animal and then properly inspected the slaughtering knife. He then tied the knife around a child's waist so that the child could bring the knife home. When the sage encountered the child on the way, he asked to see the knife and found a nick in it. Chija Cohen de Lara assumes with certainty that the child made the knife blunt and considers any conclusion that would question the consumption of the animal or the reliability of the slaughterer to be unfounded.
