Hirsch Summary
The father, because his eldest son had married without his consent, swore that he would not benefit from his property. However, on his deathbed, he stated that his sons (he had only one besides the eldest) should be his heirs. A dispute arose due to this ambiguity. Jona Abarbanel rules in favor of the eldest son.
