Hirsch Summary
A chicken fell headfirst into a milk pot and partially hung there for three hours. However, the lower part of the chicken did not come into contact with the milk. Unaware of this, a maid cooked the chicken with other poultry and vegetables. Moses Gomez de Mesquita decides that if the entire chicken meets the kosher requirements (sixty times the blood content), the broth and vegetables are allowed. If the specific chicken can be identified, remove it, and the other chickens will be permitted; otherwise, everything is forbidden. He suggests bringing the measurement to sixty times, as it is only a rabbinical prohibition. The cooking pot remains forbidden.
