Hirsch Summary
Regarding a woolen Tallith (prayer shawl) with a stitching error: The Tallith was initially sewn with linen threads, and then the fringes (Zizith) were attached. When the mistake was noticed, the Tallith was re-sewn with woolen threads, and the linen threads were subsequently removed. . (see 285, 617, 843 and 861).
