A dish had been mistakenly cooked and left to cool in a non-kosher vessel, but this vessel had not been used on that day. When the mistake was noticed, it was unclear whether the dish should be reheated in the same pot or in another kosher pot. Chija Cohen de Lara decides that the non-kosher pot may only be used for reheating if it became non-kosher through the mixing of milk and meat, but not if it became non-kosher through prohibited animals. The dish may be reheated in a kosher pot.
