Title
PEH110
Hirsch Summary
A piece of meat had been soaked in water for three days and was then salted. Afterward, it was cooked with two different dishes in succession, neither of which alone contained sixty times the amount of blood from the piece of meat. Jacob b. Abraham Bassan orders that both dishes should be combined, or each individually should be mixed with something else to reach sixty times the amount; then they, and the meat, would be permitted. If that is not possible, the first dish, the meat, and the cooking pot used for the first dish are forbidden.
