Hirsch Summary
Someone, when he was dying, gave his wife the divorce letter to free her from the levirate marriage. He was conscious during the arrangement of the writing and the delivery of the letter, but occasionally not while writing. Jacob ben Abraham Bassan considers the validity of the divorce to be doubtful.
