Hirsch Summary
Someone accidentally pulled a slightly damaged letter of the Tetragrammaton (the holy name) without realizing that it was a sacred name. The question is how to rectify this mistake or whether the entire Torah scroll is now unusable. Menasse Delgado considers the entire requirement, which demands special care when writing the name of God, to be only rabbinic. In this case, the Torah scroll can still be used because it is doubtful whether the letter was significantly damaged.
