Hirsch Summary
Someone arranged a marriage for his daughter with a young man and took the kiddushin (marriage contract) from him. Later, the father regretted it because the young man led an immoral lifestyle. He wanted to annul the marriage and claimed that the young man was only 11 years old at the time of the marriage and had not been intimate with his daughter afterward. However, the relatives of the young man asserted that he was 14 years old at the time of the marriage. Moses Gomes de Mesquita rules in favor of the validity of the marriage, relying on the responsa of Samuel ben Moses Kalai (Responsa 118 and 128).
