Someone married a woman with a marriage document (Ehebrief) that was somehow still attached during writing and was only detached afterward. Aron Ledesma declared the marriage valid, arguing that the strict formal requirements for a divorce document (Scheidebrief) did not apply to the marriage document. He considered the subsequent detachment acceptable.
