Hirsch Summary
A man appointed his second wife as the administrator of his estate. She died without having sworn her Kethuba. The children of the first wife now contested the right to the Kethuba from those of the second. The respondent does not want to decide between the different views of the authorities. The questioner believes that the Kethuba should only have been paid against the oath of the woman, so that the children of the second wife would have no right to the Kethuba. See 90 and 535. 3 pages.
