Hirsch Summary
A was involved in a business partnership with two-thirds, and B with one-third. On the occasion of a particularly large profit, they agreed that for this business and generally for the future, the profit should be distributed equally. In a later settlement, A acknowledged this agreement but stated that it was not legally valid as the old contract had not been expressly amended either orally or in writing. Abraham da Costa Abendana considers the oral agreement binding.
