Hirsch Summary
Two boys, aged twelve years and one month, had promised to use their paternal inheritance for charitable purposes. The inheritance was being managed by a guardian. Despite the guardian's disagreement, Menaffe Delgado ruled that the promise must be fulfilled. See 222.
