Hirsch Summary
A borrowed 1000 fl. from B, with collateral provided. Through C, A received jewels and the money. Upon repayment, B demanded 1500 fl., claiming that he had given so much. Meanwhile, C had passed away. Abraham b. Jacob de Meza decides that B must swear to the loan amount, and A may seek compensation from C's heirs if necessary.
