Hirsch Summary
A and B mutually swore when entering into a business transaction that they would neither provide guarantees nor engage in games of chance. When A learned that B had violated this agreement in one aspect, he dissolved the partnership and refused to bear the loss resulting directly from the regular business. Isaac ben Salomo Saruco deems this action inappropriate; A can only dissolve the partnership for future transactions.
