Hirsch Summary
Two individuals, A and B, walking along the seashore, were blown by the wind into a water hole adjacent to the sea. Although the hole had an underground outlet to the sea, it was otherwise enclosed by four complete walls. Onlookers witnessed their predicament. A's body was found when the hole dried up during warm weather, and he was identified by his clothing. However, B's body was not found. Moses Gomes de Mesquita rules that both women should not be allowed to remarry; if they married without being warned by the Beth-Din, they may remain with their husbands.
