Hirsch Summary
A creditor who had co-signed the debtor's will was challenged by the heirs who had inherited the entire estate (three properties). The heirs argued that the creditor should have ensured that the will mentioned the validity of his claim; otherwise, it would be considered void. Isaac Saruco dismissed the heirs' arguments. See reference 525.
