Hirsch Summary
Someone had goods sold through a Jewish commission agent who assumed the del credere risk for a 1% commission. The agent sold the goods on a 6-month credit basis with an additional charge of 2% or 3%. It was uncertain whether this violated the Torah's prohibition on interest. Physician David ben Jacob de Meza denied that it did.
