Someone bequeathed to their relative, that if she married, she would receive a field, but if she remained single, she would receive half of its yield. After ten years of marriage, she also claimed the second half of the yield for the past period from the other heirs. The physician David ben Jacob de Meza ruled in favor of the girl.
