Hirsch Summary
A man was critically ill, and the doctors believed that donkey's milk would heal him. However, he refused to drink the milk because its consumption was prohibited by Jewish law. The doctors then suggested that goat's milk might also have healing properties. They secretly planned to give him donkey's milk instead of goat's milk. However, the patient became suspicious and agreed to consume the milk only if his son tasted it first. Is the son, who knows the situation, allowed to consume the donkey's milk under these circumstances? Isaac Saruco prohibits it.
