Hirsch Summary
A person in very good circumstances bequeathed their entire wealth to their sons on their deathbed. However, the sole remaining unmarried daughter claimed at least one-tenth of the estate as her dowry. The physician David ben Jacob de Meza ruled in favor of the daughter, granting her one-tenth of the estate.
