Hirsch Summary
Someone had gold and silver vessels that were lent out. The current possessor claimed that they had taken these vessels as collateral from a woman, a slave, or a child who had since passed away. They asserted that they had borrowed more than just the metal value but not the manufacturing cost. Physician David de Meza ruled that the current possessor should be believed without an oath, up to the common value of the collateral.
