A Jewish man perished when the ship he was on ran aground near Texel. His body washed ashore and was buried there. A non-Jewish person recognized the body and informed Jewish acquaintances about the shipwreck. Can the drowned man's wife remarry? Moses Alvarez allows it. See reference 841.
