Hirsch Summary
An inquiry arose regarding whether someone could commission a non-Jew to purchase goods that are known to be sold on the Sabbath. Samuel ben Salomo a'Cathan prohibits this in the case that these goods are indeed traded only on Saturdays, except if the purchaser's name is mentioned during the transaction.
