Hirsch Summary
Someone who had no children bequeathed his entire estate to his niece, the daughter of his sister, as a dowry. He disregarded his nephew, the son of his brother. After the heir's death, someone from abroad arrived with 2,000 gulden, which he owed to the heir. To whom does this money belong- the niece or the nephew? And how should it be decided if the niece is already married? Juda Piza unequivocally assigns the money to the niece.
