A man became ill and in order that his wife not become eligible to levirate marriage he instructed that a divorce be given to his wife with a proper double condition: if I survive this illness this divorce is void, etc. and this was done and they gave the divorce. After some time he recovered from this illness, but not to his original health to be able to leave his house, and after some time he became totally free from the first illness, but acquired a new illness and died. What is the status of the wife.
