An adult woman who became eligible for levirate marriage to a minor waited for the minor to become an adult to either marry him or receive Halitsah. And after the minor grew up he wanted to marry her at the advice of his father, and not give her a halitsah unless she gives him a large sum of money. And when this became known to the authorities married they gave permission to incarcerate the man until he grants her a Halitsah. And so it happened that they did not let him go free until he gave her a Halitsah. And now he claims that he was forced to do so. What is the status of the woman which is particularly important to know if she married after receiving the Halitsah.
