Hirsch Summary
Someone appointed a guardian for his son, who was to hand over his property upon his marriage. If the son died unmarried, the money was to be used for a Yeshiva or to support Torah scholars. When the son died unmarried, his legal heir claimed the inheritance. Immanuel Oheb Abendana decides that the inheritance belongs to the heir. See No. 808.
