Hirsch Summary
A widow demanded the Kethuba from her husband's heirs. As the document was not at hand, the payment was delayed. The heirs no longer wanted to support the widow, stating that she loses the right to maintenance the moment she demands the Kethuba. David ben Raphael Meldola sides with the heirs.
