Hirsch Summary
Two merchants had operated a joint business for six years. After the expiration of this period, they separated, but then after some time, they came together again without agreeing on the duration of the new business. After seven days, they argued, and subsequently, one wanted to dissolve the partnership immediately, while the other said that the contract was valid for another six years. Eliezer Zacuto decides that the contract can be dissolved immediately.
