Hirsch Summary
After the termination of a partnership agreement, one partner A retained a portion of the money belonging to the other partner B in his business. Is B still entitled to the benefits of the transactions made by A with his money? Salomo b. Abraham Mendes Continho decides that if B's money remained untouched with A, A only has to repay this money; if A has conducted transactions with the money, he must give B the corresponding benefit. In the event that both parties dispute this, and perhaps only one witness attests to the use of the money, the judge should either impose an oath on A or administer a simple ban (??? ???) to him.
