Hirsch Summary
A man gave a girl silver, saying, "I give this to you for betrothal." (They had not previously discussed marriage, nor had the words "You shall be betrothed to me" been spoken.) Is the marriage already contracted because the girl accepted the silver? Salomo ben Abraham Mendes de Continho denies it.
