Afterwards, he completed the study later in the day. Despite this, he asks if he fulfilled his vow. Jacob ben Salomo de Meza decides that concerning the fulfillment of a commandment, such as circumcision or blowing the shofar, the evening prayer is not equivalent to the beginning of the night. Therefore, he affirms the inquiry.
