Hirsch Summary
A ship jointly owned by A and B was in dire need of repairs. A paid for the repairs alone as B had no money at the time, and he took full earnings for two years. When B paid his share after two years, he also wanted half of the earnings for those two years. Jacob ben Salomon de Meza sides with B.
