Hirsch Summary
A boy of twelve and a half years, after recovering from a severe illness, promised 5000 fl. to the 'Hekdesh,' and said to the trustee of the 'Hekdesh' and two witnesses that the trustee should have the amount paid out by the guardian. The guardian disputed the validity of the promise. Joseph ben Moses Alvares considers the vow to be valid.
