Hirsch Summary
A sent B, who lived in another city, an item to be sold for A's benefit there out of kindness. Since this did not succeed, B took the item with him when he went to A's place to return it. On the way, all of B's possessions were robbed. A demanded compensation because he had not instructed B to return the item. Immanuel Oheb Abendana decides that B must reimburse the damages.
