Inquiry word for word from No. 345. Jofeph ben Mofes Alvares decides somewhat differently than his father: Even if the child had no nails and hair, the woman may only have Chaliza. She must have this. If she had already married a non-Cohen, she must still have Chaliza, but may stay with her husband. If she married a Cohen, he must divorce her, and she must perform Chaliza.
