Someone, C, swore to himself and his wife to abstain from any benefit from his brother until 'Elijah comes'. When the brother then won a lottery, he wanted to give something to his sister-in-law. Is the woman allowed to accept the gift? Joseph ben Moses Alvares only permits it if the vow is first annulled.
