Hirsch Summary
If someone knowingly and intentionally cooked on Shabbat, but the food is later needed for a seriously ill person; is the transgressor still liable? May a healthy person eat the rest of the food? Salomo Jessurun decides that the one who cooked is not punishable; however, he may never eat what he cooked. Others may enjoy it after the end of the Sabbath.
