Hirsch Summary
A gave B a parcel of goods, which B was supposed to deliver to C. Instead of fulfilling the order, B sold the goods to D. When C reproached B, B wanted to retrieve the goods from D. D refused to return them, stating that he had bought the goods from him. B did not tell him that they were not his property. Jacob ben Eliezer Ferrares decides that D is not required to return the goods.
