Hirsch Summary
Someone who, without being ill, believed his end was near, drew two friends and made a will in which he provided for the poor. When he finally died after a long time, his heirs refused to pay out the money, as they considered the will invalid. Jacob ben Salomo de Meza decides that the will is invalid.
