Hirsch Summary
A woman determined on her deathbed - her son was not present, but away - that she wanted to be buried in Palestine. However, there were significant difficulties and temporal dangers to fulfilling this wish, as well as state regulations against it. Salomo Mendes Coutinho decides that the last will is not binding; if there were dangers, the provision should not be carried out.
