Hirsch Summary
A widow remained in her deceased husband's house for several years without claiming her ketubah. On her deathbed, she gifted a series of silver and gold items to her married daughter. The sons contested this gift because the mother did not swear to the ketubah. The daughter contested this, claiming additionally that the items were the mother's own property. Abraham Raphael ben Chajim Albergue decides in favor of the daughter.
