Hirsch Summary
Someone whose father had solemnly charged him (?????) never to swear was to swear the heirs of his deceased partner the oath concerning a business partnership. Abraham ben David Fidanque explains that such wishes and instructions of parents only apply to the extent that they do not contradict any commandment or prohibition of the Torah or the Rabbis; thus, the inquirer may swear here.
