Hirsch Summary
Someone wrote, before embarking on a long journey, in his business ledger a will stating that if something happened to him, his father and his two brothers should each inherit a third of his estate. The will should remain valid unless he revoked it. Now the man died after two years in distant lands, without a new will being found. Meanwhile, another son had been born to the father. Moses ben David Rodrigues Lopes decides that the will is invalid. The father is the sole heir.
