Hirsch Summary
A man who was very wealthy bequeathed his entire estate to his sons, without considering his still unmarried daughter at all. The daughter demanded 10% of the estate as a dowry and a suitable dowry. Jacob de Tovar only grants her one-tenth. (See 650 and 750)
