Hirsch Summary
A, an Amsterdamer, owned property in Hamburg. He gave B, who was going to Hamburg, a proper power of attorney to sell the property. B succeeded in selling it only after six months. A did not learn about the sale and gifted the property to C. He did not mention anything about the power of attorney in the proper deed of gift. Before B returned with the money, A died. David ben Raphael Meldola decides that if the deed of gift does not state that the power of attorney is revoked or that the proceeds from the sale belong to C, then C receives nothing, and the proceeds belong to A's heirs.
