Hirsch Summary
A, a dealer in precious stones, borrowed 600 guilders from B for three months against the deposit of 5 precious stones. When A repaid the amount, B refused to return the stones. He claimed that A still owed him another 600 guilders, which he had borrowed without security until now, but now he wanted to keep the pledge against it. A admits to owing B something. Solomon Jeffurun imposes an oath on B that A still owes him 600 guilders. If B takes the oath, A can only receive his precious stones upon payment of this amount. The numbering of the pages starts again with 50 here, while the numbering of the responses and the custos continues correctly. Additionally, the dating also matches.
