Hirsch Summary
Someone had stipulated in his will that his partner should receive all that he demanded as owed to him. The partner claimed two amounts, only one of which he could document. Must he swear for the other sum? Moses ben David Rodrigues Lopes decides that he does not need to swear, but he should be excommunicated for failing to provide evidence for the second sum.
