Hirsch Summary
A urged B to enter into a business partnership with him for two years. B swore to him. However, when B wanted to withdraw from the partnership after a few months, he said he had sworn "without a time limit" and was therefore not bound. Abraham ben David Fidanque decides in favor of B; however, if B has reservations, he can have the oath annulled.
